Connect your smart locks

Go to the Locks page and choose your lock provider. Log in with your existing lock account credentials (the same username and password you use in the TTLock app, for example).

LockGo syncs all your locks instantly. Assign each lock to a room, and mark any shared locks (like a building entrance) as "communal" so they get a PIN for every guest in the property.

Tip: You can create "Lock Groups" (e.g., "Building Entrance") to bundle communal locks together and assign them to rooms in one click.
Your Guest Check-in Link
ROOM 1 — GUEST LINK

Copy this link and add it to your Airbnb auto-message
Paste into your Airbnb scheduled message:
Hi! Welcome to Ocean View Apartments. 🏖️

To get your door access PIN, click the link below and enter your booking confirmation number and check-in details:
https://portal.lockgo.cloud/guest/checkin

Once verified, your unique PIN will be sent to you by email or SMS. The PIN works from check-in to checkout. Enjoy your stay!

Add the guest link to your Airbnb message

Each room (or property) generates a single guest check-in URL. Copy it from the portal and paste it into your Airbnb automated welcome message — the one Airbnb sends to every guest after they book.

You do this once. From then on, every guest who books gets the link automatically. They click it, enter their booking confirmation number and check-in details to verify their identity, and their unique time-bound PIN is sent to them by email or SMS. You never need to see the PIN yourself.

If a guest loses their PIN or someone else tries to use their booking details, you can manually reset the PIN from the portal — old codes are wiped and the guest can go through the link again to get a fresh code.

Where to set up auto-messages in Airbnb: Go to your listing → Inbox → Scheduled messages → create a "Booking confirmed" message and paste the link.

That's it. Seriously.

Your calendar syncs. PINs generate and push to your locks automatically. Guests verify their booking and get their code by email or SMS. You get your time back.
