No technical skills needed. If you can copy-paste a URL, you can set up LockGo. Here's exactly what you'll do.
Head to the LockGo portal and sign up with your name, business name, email, and a password. You can also sign up instantly with Google.
No credit card. No payment info. The beta is completely free for at least one year for the first 500 hosts.
Click "Add Property" from the dashboard. Enter the property name, address, and timezone. Then choose whether it's an entire property or a multi-room setup.
For each room (or the whole property), paste the Airbnb iCal URL. LockGo will immediately pull in all your bookings — past, current, and upcoming.
Go to the Locks page and choose your lock provider. Log in with your existing lock account credentials (the same username and password you use in the TTLock app, for example).
LockGo syncs all your locks instantly. Assign each lock to a room, and mark any shared locks (like a building entrance) as "communal" so they get a PIN for every guest in the property.
Each room (or property) generates a single guest check-in URL. Copy it from the portal and paste it into your Airbnb automated welcome message — the one Airbnb sends to every guest after they book.
You do this once. From then on, every guest who books gets the link automatically. They click it, enter their booking confirmation number and check-in details to verify their identity, and their unique time-bound PIN is sent to them by email or SMS. You never need to see the PIN yourself.
If a guest loses their PIN or someone else tries to use their booking details, you can manually reset the PIN from the portal — old codes are wiped and the guest can go through the link again to get a fresh code.
Your calendar syncs. PINs generate and push to your locks automatically. Guests verify their booking and get their code by email or SMS. You get your time back.
